This is a subscription, not a one-time order. Add your list this year and it renews on its own. Next year's birthdays are already covered, and so is the year after that. Nobody has to rebuild a spreadsheet every January.
A real card, not another email
We print your message inside a physical card and mail it first class so it arrives before the birthday. People leave them out on their desks for weeks. Nobody has ever done that with an email.
Change anything, anytime
People move. Someone leaves and someone new starts. Log in and update an address, swap a recipient, or rewrite what a card says whenever you need to. As long as we haven't printed it yet, the change applies to the next mailing, and we print about two weeks out.

Frequently asked questions
How long does this take to set up?
Picking a card and writing your message takes a few minutes. The upload is one file. Usually the longest part is collecting birthdays from your team, and that's a one-time job.
Is this a subscription?
Yes. Your plan renews once a year and everyone on the list keeps getting a card until you remove them. Set it up this year and it runs on its own after that.
Is there a minimum?
The bulk upload is built for lists of 10 or more. For anything smaller you can add people one at a time at the same price.
What if we hire someone in the middle of the year?
Add them from your account whenever you like. They get their own slot and their card is scheduled from that point on.
What happens when someone leaves?
Remove them from your account and the slot comes off your plan, so your renewal total drops. If you'd rather send to someone new instead, edit the recipient and put the new details in that slot.
Do you need anyone's year of birth?
No, and there's nowhere to enter one. We collect the month and day only. That tends to make the conversation with HR a lot shorter.
Can everyone get a different message?
Yes. Set one message for the whole list at checkout, then change individual cards from your account once the plan is active.
Whose return address is on the envelope?
Yours. You give us a return address at checkout and we use it on every card, including renewals.
Do you mail internationally?
Not yet. Every address has to be in the US. If part of your list is overseas, send it over and we'll tell you what we can cover.
