We use the information we collect to:

• Print and mail birthday cards to the recipients you specify
• Process your subscription payments
• Send you account-related emails (like order confirmations or subscription renewal notices)
• Improve our service

That’s it. We don’t use your data for advertising, profiling, or anything unrelated to delivering your birthday cards.

Who we share your information with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. The only third parties that receive any of your data are:

• Stripe (our payment processor, which handles your payment securely)
• USPS (we put your friend’s name and mailing address on the envelope so it can be delivered)

We do not share your information with marketing companies, data brokers, or any other third parties.

Your friends’ information

We take your friends’ privacy seriously. We only ask for the month and day of their birthday, never the year. The less personal data we hold, the better. The names, birthdays, and mailing addresses you provide are used only to print and mail their birthday cards. We do not contact your friends directly, send them marketing, or share their information with anyone.

Payment security

All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment provider. Your credit card information is sent directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection. We never see, handle, or store your full credit card number on our servers.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies that are necessary for the site to function properly, like keeping you logged in and remembering what’s in your cart. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Data retention

We keep your account information and your friends’ details for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel your account, we may retain order records as required for tax and business purposes.

Your rights

You can:

• Access, update, or delete your account information at any time from your My Account page
• Update or remove your friends’ information from the My Friends section of your account
• Cancel your subscription at any time with no fees

Children’s privacy

Our service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through your account email. The date at the top of this page shows when the policy was last updated.
